Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons (holidays, sales), processing may take up to 3 business days.
π Delivery Times
Once shipped, delivery typically takes:
- Standard Shipping: 6-10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days (available at checkout)
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days (available at checkout)
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier delays.
π Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time.
π΅ Shipping Costs
- FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $50
- Orders under $50: $5.95 flat rate
- Expedited and Express shipping rates calculated at checkout
π Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order anytime on our Track My Order page.
π¬ Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot redirect packages once they've been shipped. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at support@furheartjoy.com.
π¦ Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please check the tracking information first. If it shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact the carrier. For packages lost in transit, contact us at support@furheartjoy.com and we'll help resolve the issue.
