We’ve been in your shoes—searching for that perfect piece of comfort during a recovery or looking for a sanctuary that finally helps an anxious pet relax. Because we believe in the "Excellence" of our curated collection, we want you to shop with absolute peace of mind. If a product isn't the perfect fit for your pet’s heart, we are here to make it right.
The 15-Day Comfort Guarantee
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to ensure your new FurHeartJoy item is the perfect match for your home and your pet.
- The "Sniff Test": We encourage you to let your pet gently explore their new bed or blanket. We know it takes a moment to get used to a new "sanctuary."
- The Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be in "like-new" condition—free from pet hair, odors, or stains. Please keep the original packaging during this 15-day window. Tip: Lay a thin sheet over the bed for the first 24 hours while your pet tests it out to keep it hair-free!
How to Start a Return
We’ve made our process as "Reliable" and stress-free as possible:
- Reach Out: Email us at information@furheartjoy.com with your order number and a brief note about why the item wasn't the right fit. (We love feedback—it helps us curate better for the community!)
- Approval: Once we verify your request, we will send you instructions on where to ship your return.
- Refund: As soon as we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges for the Perfect Fit
Ordered a Small but realized your pup needs a Medium? No problem. We want your pet to have the "Joy" of a perfect fit. Contact us within 15 days, and we will help you coordinate an exchange for the correct size.
Damaged or Defective Items
Our "Excellence" standard means every item is inspected before it leaves the warehouse. However, if your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will prioritize a replacement at no cost to you.
A Note on "Final Sale" Items
To maintain the highest hygiene standards for all our furry friends, certain items like personalized products or "Final Sale" clearance items cannot be returned. These will always be clearly marked on the product page.
